Stacy Bips

Office Manager 
Stacy has over 10 years’ experience in medical billing and front office work. Throughout her career, she has worked with physical therapy, orthopedic and pain management practices. As part of the Synergy team, Stacy can assist you understanding your insurance benefits and will answer any insurance questions you have. She currently resides in Hackettstown with her husband Eric. Stacy loves the outdoors, and spends a lot of time with her husband going camping, fishing and hiking. Her other hobbies include cooking, yoga and photography.

Bonnie Fass, MPT, Cert. MDT

Bonnie Fass, who opened Synergy in 2006 with longtime friend/colleague Jodi Mascera, is a local resident who has helped patients in Warren and Morris Counties with her highly adept physical therapy techniques for over 22 years. She brings an emphasis on compassionate care to her mastery of high-level physical therapy certifications that include the McKenzie Method for advanced treatment of the spine, the Graston Technique, Lymphedema, and Dry Needling. In addition, she is also a Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Instructor and designs tailored exercise programs for range of motion, strength and activities of daily living. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of mentorship roles including teaching medical residents, working as an adjunct professor at Warren County Community College and presenting her research at the Virginia State Physical Therapy Conference in 1993.
A graduate of local high school West Morris Central, Bonnie also graduated early from James Madison with her Bachelor’s of Science in 1993 and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion in 1996. While she treats every patient who walks through the doors of Synergy like family, she enjoys spending time with her own family and friends in her spare time and can often be found on the sidelines of a ball field with her husband cheering on her two children. Her other interests include reading and traveling.

Jodi L. Mascera, MSPT, Cert. MDT

With over 20 years of experience in orthopedic private practice, Jodi brings a wealth of expertise to Synergy. She attended the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania for undergraduate studies and obtained her degree in Neuroscience in 1996, then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 1999. Adept at treating a wide variety of conditions, Jodi is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, the Graston Technique, and Dry Needling. When you work with Jodi, you’ll get the advantage of her expert skill set as well as well as her warmth and compassion as you navigate through your customized care plan.
An avid outdoor enthusiast and animal lover, Jodi enjoys photography and spending time with her family and dog when she’s not caring for patients at Synergy. She’s also an accomplished mountain climber and her husband even proposed to her at the base of Long’s Peak (14,524 ft), the highest mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park, which they summited together two years later. One of her life goals is to to hike the Appalachian Trail and climb as many of the “14’ers” (mountains over 14,000 ft) in Rocky Mountain National Park as possible. She believes in giving back to the community and donates her spare time coaching her daughter’s soccer team and assisting with her son’s Cub Scout troop.

Jeff Dillon, MSPT, Cert. Vestibular

Jeff is a high skilled professional with over 18 years’ experience in orthopedic and sports medicine. He graduated from the UMDNJ with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 and is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation through Emory University. He has taken numerous continuing education courses, including biomechanics and treatment strategies for the overhead athletes in such sports as tennis, swimming and throwing. Highly knowledgeable in sports medicine, Jeff has experience treating and rehabilitating NFL football players, working with high level Division 1 football players to rehabilitate injuries and improve strength, assisting with the Bernards football team leading the Regeneration Program, and screening and educating players on the Gill St. Bernards baseball team.
A sports enthusiast himself, Jeff played Collegiate NCAA Division 3 Baseball for Kean University as a pitcher for 3 years and continued to play for men's baseball leagues as a pitcher for 15 years following college. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing as well as golfing with and spending time with his wife Kim and their three children. A resident of Long Valley, New Jersey, Jeff still stays active in men’s baseball and softball leagues.
